Our team are there to help you if you have any issues, Feel free to direct message any of them at any given time and they will be happy to help you out with your situation. If you have any personal issues feel free to talk to one of the higher up staff members this could be Admins or the Owner. If you have anything that is related to a discord error please go to a Discord team member as one of our Xbox Admins dont use discord and this can cause some problems that they may not know how to deal with. Our team try to operate a 24 hour response time but sometimes we can be delayed to answer due to time zones.
